Rules & Guidelines
Contestants must make a minimum of 2 gallons, however, 3 gallons will insure that you do not run out.
Chili must be prepared ahead of time and brought over in the pot.
We strongly encourage our contestants to bring their own table, chairs and (optional) pop up tent. Although we provide a tent and tables, in the past it gets very crowded. If you have your own stand alone set up, you will have unlimited space for decorations, banners, condiments or whatever else you would like to use to make your booth stand out.
Don’t forget to bring a stirring/serving Utensil!
Westfall Winery will provide sample cups and spoons, and grills for reheating.
But we encourage our contestants to bring your own source of heat that does NOT need electricity (i.e. portable grills or small camping stoves)

Judging will be done by all who attend this event!
All contestants will receive a gift certificate for a bottle of their favorite Westfall Wine for their efforts.
